Family Resource Center                
Welcome. The Family Resource Center is a program of the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, which provides services in the Portland and Vancouver regional area. The Family Resource Center is located in Forest Grove, Oregon, and provides services as well as information and referrals for children and families of the Forest Grove, Banks and Gaston School Districts. Each year more than 5,400 people access services at our center.



Services
At our center we offer assessments, advocacy and support for families in English and Spanish. 

Our many services include distribution of a weekly food box, dental care for uninsured children or adults, vision vouchers for children and parent education. For more information, visit Services.

We also provide information and referrals for services including counseling, child care, legal help, pregnancy resources and housing or shelter information. For more details, visit Resources.

School Partnership
The Family Resource Center is a partnership with the School Districts of Forest Grove, Banks and Gaston with additional sponsorship provided by The Commision of Children and Families.

Our center is located in Tom McCall East Middle School.
You can visit us by coming in through the front of the school or by following the parking lot signs,
which takes you around the outside of the building.
We are located in the girls locker room in the NW corner of the gym.
